Mississippi Pot Roast

Ingredients:
1-3 pound chuck roast
1 packet of ranch seasoning
1 packet of beefy onion soup mix
1 stick of butter
8 peperoncini pepper

Directions:
Season meat with salt and pepper. Sear meat on each side. Place roast in the crockpot and set to low. Sprinkle ranch packet and onion soup mix packet over top the roast. Place peppers around the roast and put the stick of butter on top. Let roast cook for 8-10 hours and shred before serving.

*Hot tip: Serve leftover for lunch the next day on Hawaiian rolls with lots of juice. SO good!
