I’m not a huge meat fan, but we do enjoy this recipe! Ingredients:1 tablespoon Italian seasoning1 tablespoon garlic powder1 teaspoon black pepper2 tablespoons parsley2 pounds of ground beef2 packs Lipton onion soup mix1/2 cup ketchup1 cup Ritz crackers, crushed2 eggs beaten1/2 cup milkhalf a white onion, finely chopped Sauce:1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce1 1/2 cups of ketchup1/2 cup of brown sugar Directions:Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Homemade Hamburger Helper
I found a recipe for homemade hamburger helper, but made my own adjustments to what we like best! Skip the boxed stuff! This is so easy and sooo good! Ingredients:1 pound of ground beef1.5 tablespoons minced garilc1 pound of egg noodles3 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce1.5 cups of heavy cream4 tablespoons of butter1/4 cup of flour1 cup beef broth1 cup shredded medium cheddarsalt, pepper, garlic powder, cajun seasoning, onion powder to taste Directions:Boil noodles. Meatballs
These are so good and can be served many ways. I like to make them with ground chicken if eating them as a main dish or with a white sauce pasta. I like to use ground beef and stuff them with a piece of mozzarella if serving with a red sauce! I know Velveeta Shells and Cheese isn’t healthy, but sometimes it’s a quick easy side. It’s not always tasty right out of the box so I’ve found making a roux and doctoring it up a bit helps greatly!! Green Beans
Ingredients: 28 ounce can of Italian cut green beans1/2 packet Italian dressing mixolive oilsalt and peppergarlic powder Pour beans with the juice into a saucepan. Add half the packet of Italian dressing mix, a drizzle of olive oil, and a little of the garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook over medium high heat until all of the liquid has evaporated! Delish!

I’ve spent years trying to find the perfect corn casserole recipe for me and I finally did! I LOVE this one! No Banana Pudding
I hate bananas, but I love the concept of banana pudding. So this is basically vanilla pudding with cookies! HA! Ingredients:1 package of butter cookies (I prefer Lorna Doone)2 cups of milk1 box french vanilla pudding8 ounces cream cheese, softened1 can sweetened condensed milk1 container of CoolWhip (12 ounces) Directions:Line the bottom of a 9×13 dish with cookies. Boursin Orzo
Ingredients:1/4 cup butter2 cloves garlic, minced1 cup roasted red peppers, diced1 cup orzo2 cups chicken broth1 block BoursinSalt, to tasteRed pepper flakes to serve Directions:Melt butter in large skillet over medium heat, add garlic and roasted red peppers. Add orzo and chicken broth and bring to a gentle boil. Add Boursin and reduce heat to low and cover for 15 minutes or until most liquid is absorbed. Stir to combine. Add salt. This recipe has been in our family for years and it was a childhood favorite. Ingredients: 6-8 chicken thighs, skin onOlive oilSalt PepperHerbs de ProvencePaprikaSoy sauceGarlic powerOnion powderHalf an onion, sliced thin Instructions:In a 9×13 inch baking dish, arrange sliced onion around the dish. Pat dry your chicken and season on both sides with olive oil and all spices. Flip and do the same. Place chicken, skin side up, on top of the onion. Drizzle chicken with soy sauce. Bake at 385 for one hour or until no longer pink.
