Cream Cheese Wontons

Ingredients:
1 package of wonton wrappers
8 ounces of cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon of Sriracha
1/4 cup of green onions, chopped
crab meat (optional)
1 tablespoon of sugar (optional)

Directions:
Mix your softened cream cheese with your Sriracha and green onions. If using crab meat, fold in 1/2 cup of crab meat. Be gentle so it doesn’t break apart too much! Open up a wonton wrapper, put spoonful in the center. Dip your finger and water and run it along each of the four edges. Fold the wontons to seal the filling. I like sealing mine in triangles. Most Chinese restaurants fold theirs in a fancy way. I’m not a chef so mine get folded into triangles and they are JUST as yummy. Next, heat vegetable oil to 350 degrees. Fry until golden brown, flipping once during the cooking. It should only take a few minutes for them to fry. Serve with Panda Express Sweet Chili Sauce or make your own! I’ve made my own before and honestly it’s just as good as the Panda Express one from the store!

*If you like your wontons a little sweet, mix in a tablespoon of sugar. I wouldn’t do this if adding the crab meat.
