Captain Rodney’s Dip
My dear friend Irby made this dip for a Christmas party two years ago and I was in LOVE. I asked her for the recipe and she shared it with me. It’s also actually on the bottle of the Captain Rodney’s glaze. It’s DELISH! I highly recommend this to be served at a party!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup of mayonnaise
8 ounces of cream cheese, at room temperature
2 cups of grated cheddar cheese
2 whole green onions, chopped
1/3 cup of Ritz crackers, crushed
8 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 cup of Captain Rodney’s Boucan Pepper Glaze
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together mayonnaise, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and green onions. Spread the mixture in an 8 or 9 inch pie dish. Top with crushed Ritz crackers. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes or until heated through. Remove from the oven and top with the crumbled bacon and Captain Rodney’s Boucan Glaze. Serve with Ritz crackers!
