
Meatballs
These are so good and can be served many ways. I like to make them with ground chicken if eating them as a main dish or with a white sauce pasta. I like to use ground beef and stuff them with a piece of mozzarella if serving with a red sauce!
Ingredients:
1 lb ground meat (chicken or beef)
1 egg
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup breadcrumbs (I use seasoned italian)
1/4 cup grated parm
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1 tablespoon parsley
2 garlic cloves, minced
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix all ingredients, adding in the meat last. Roll into balls and bake for 20 minutes. I like to turn mine over half way through!
