
Meatloaf
I’m not a huge meat fan, but we do enjoy this recipe!
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons parsley
2 pounds of ground beef
2 packs Lipton onion soup mix
1/2 cup ketchup
1 cup Ritz crackers, crushed
2 eggs beaten
1/2 cup milk
half a white onion, finely chopped
Sauce:
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 cups of ketchup
1/2 cup of brown sugar
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except for the sauce ingredients. Once well combined, form into a loaf in a 9×13 baking dish. In a small bowl, combine sauce ingredients and spread over meat mixture. Bake uncovered for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until internal temp reaches 160F.
