Pineapple Casserole
Ingredients:
1-20 ounce can of pineapple chunks or tidbits, drained
6 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
1 cup of sugar
2 cups of sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 1/2 sleeves of Ritz crackers, crumbled
1 cup of butter, melted
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Drain pineapple (I prefer using tidbits). Combine flour, sugar, and cheese (grate your own) in a large bowl. Pour mixture into a 9×9 pan. Crumble crackers over the top and pour the butter on top of the crackers. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown. (I also like to broil the top for a few minutes to get the crackers extra crunchy!)
