    Five Minute Ravioli

    Ingredients:3 tablespoons of sun-dried tomato pesto1 clove garlic, minced3-4 fresh basil leaves, chopped (or 1 tablespoon dried basil)1/2 cup heavy cream1 cup Parmesan cheeseFrozen raviolisalt to tastepepper to taste Directions:Cook the ravioli according to package directions. Start the sauce immediately after you add the ravioli to the boiling water. Add sun-dried tomato pesto and garlic to a frying pan over low heat, stir, then add sliced basil leaves and cream, let it simmer for 1-2 minutes. Add in parmesan cheese. When the ravioli is cooked, drain and add the ravioli directly to the pan with the sauce. Toss to combine and season with salt and pepper to taste.

    Spaghetti Carbonara

    Ingredients:1/2 pound of thin spaghetti/angel hair pasta2 eggs1/2 pound of bacon, cooked and crumbled3/4 cup of Parmesan cheese4 cloves of garlic, minced1/2 an onion, chopped1/2 cup chicken stock1/2 cup dry white wine*1/4 stick of butter1 handful of chopped parsley1 tablespoon of black pepper Directions:Cook noodles until al dente. Dice bacon, book and remove to a plate. Add onion and cook until translucent, then add garlic and cook. Remove from pan. Turn heat up to high and add wine to deglaze the pan. Next, add chicken stock and return the bacon, onion, and garlic. Simmer over medium heat. Crack eggs into a bowl and whisk. Add parsley and most of Parmesan…

    Mushroom White Truffle Pasta

    Y’all….I could eat this pasta at every meal. It’s to DIE for! Seriously! If you try nothing else of mine, please try this. Don’t leave out the white truffle oil. It makes this dish. I get mine off of Amazon. It’s a little pricey, but SO worth it.
