Spaghetti 2.0
This recipe is so similar to my classic spaghetti recipe. The only difference is some extra sugar and different tomatoes, but this one has become my current favorite!
Ingredients:
1 pound of ground beef
1/2 pound ground pork (optional)
salt
pepper
1 1/2 cup of onion, chopped
1 tablespoon of minced garlic
1 28 ounce can crushed tomatoes
2 15 ounce cans of tomato sauce
1 6 ounce can of tomato paste
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1 bay leaf
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon of dried rosemary
1 1/2 tablespoons of granulated sugar
Directions:
Saute your onion over medium heat, add garlic. Add your beef and season it with spices. Once browned, drain if you wish and add in tomato paste, sauce, and crushed tomatoes. Add in sugar. Let cook on low heat for thirty minutes to two hours. Add parmesan at the end before serving!
