Yummy Chicken

This recipe has been in our family for years and it was a childhood favorite.

Ingredients:

6-8 chicken thighs, skin on
Olive oil
Salt 
Pepper
Herbs de Provence
Paprika
Soy sauce
Garlic power
Onion powder
Half an onion, sliced thin

Instructions:
In a 9×13 inch baking dish, arrange sliced onion around the dish. Pat dry your chicken and season on both sides with olive oil and all spices. Flip and do the same. Place chicken, skin side up, on top of the onion. Drizzle chicken with soy sauce. Bake at 385 for one hour or until no longer pink.
