Corn Pudding
Ingredients:
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
1-16 ounce can cream style corn
1-16 ounce can whole kernel corn, drained
1-8 ounce sour cream
1 stick melted butter
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and pour into a buttered casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 55 minutes (until solid and golden on top).
