Macaroni and Cheese
Ingredients:1 stick of butter1 pound elbow noodles1/2 cup muenster cheese, grated1/2 cup mild cheddar cheese, grated1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated1/2 cup Monterey Jack cheese, grated8 ounces of Velveeta cheese, cubed2 cups half and half2 eggs, lightly beaten1/4 teaspoon of salt1/4 teaspoon of pepper Directions:Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly butter a 9×13 dish. Cook noodles until al dente. Drain noodles and return to pot with stick of butter. Stir to melt the butter. Shred cheeses (don’t used bagged cheese! Corn Pudding
Ingredients:1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix1-16 ounce can cream style corn1-16 ounce can whole kernel corn, drained1-8 ounce sour cream1 stick melted butter Directions:Mix all ingredients together and pour into a buttered casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 55 minutes (until solid and golden on top).

Creamed Corn
Ingredients:2 cans of sweet corn1 cup heavy cream1 teaspoon of salt2 tablespoons of sugar1/4 teaspoon of pepper2 tablespoons of butter1 cup of whole milk2 tablespoons of flour1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese Directions:In a skillet over medium heat, combine corn, cream, salt, sugar, pepper and butter. Whisk together milk and flour in a separate bowl and stir into the corn mixture. Cook stirring over medium heat until the mixture is thickened, and corn is cooked through. Remove from heat, and stir in cheese until melted.

Ruby Tuesday’s Pasta Salad
Ingredients:16 ounces of pasta of choice1 cup plus two tablespoons of mayonnaise6 tablespoons of buttermilk1 1/2 tablespoons of ranch seasoning2 green onions, chopped1 1/2 cups of sharp cheddar cheese, grated8 ounces of chopped ham1 cup frozen peas1/2 teaspoon of seasoned saltsalt and pepper to taste Directions:Boil noodles until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water. While your noodles boil, mix mayo, ranch seasoning, buttermilk, green onion, seasoned salt, peas, ham, and cheese. Fold in noodles and salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate overnight.

Ingredients:2 pounds of ground beef1/2 onion, chopped1 teaspoon ground black pepper1/4 teaspoon garlic powder2-15 ounce cans of tomato sauce1-8 ounce jar of salsa1 packet of McCormick chili seasoning1-15 ounce can of light red kidney beans1-15 ounce can of dark red kidney beans Directions:In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine the ground beef and the onion and sauté for 10 minutes, or until meat is browned and onion is tender. Drain grease, if desired. Add the ground black pepper, garlic powder, tomato sauce, salsa, chili seasoning mix and kidney beans. Mix well, reduce heat to low and simmer for at least an hour. Ingredients:1 package of sweet Hawaiian rolls1 package of ham1 package of Swiss cheesehalf a stick of butter1 tablespoon of poppy seeds1 tablespoon of honey2-3 teaspoons of mustard (regular or dijon)1 tablespoon of grated onion1 teaspoon of garlic1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce Directions:Preheat oven to 350. Ingredients:1 green bell pepper, chopped1/2 red onion, chopped1 can of original Rotel2 cans of black eyed peas, drained and rinsed1 can of black beans, drained and rinsed1 can corn, drained and rinsedHalf to one bottle of Wishbone Italian dressingTostitos Directions:Mix everything together and let sit for 4 hours to overnight. Taco Dip
Ingredients:1 can refried beans (9 ounces)4 ounces cream cheese, softened1/2 cup sour cream1 tablespoon taco seasoning1 garlic clove1/4 cup shredded cheese1/2 tomato, diced2 green onionscilantro to garnish Directions:Preheat oven to 350. Spread bean dip into the bottom of baking dish. Combine cream cheese, sour cream, taco seasoning, and garlic. Spread mixture over beans. Top with grated cheese. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Top with tomato, green onion, and cilantro. Serve with tortilla chips or Fritos.

Ingredients:1 packet of Ranch seasoning1 16 ounce tub of sour cream1 bunch of green onions1 8 ounce package of pepper jack cheese block, shreddedCherry or grape tomatoesTostitos to serve Directions:Mix sour cream and ranch mix. Pour on the bottom of a shallow dish. Shred cheese and layer over ranch mixture. Top with tomatoes and green onions. Serve with Tostitos.

Pizza Dip
Ingredients: 1- 8 ounce block of cream cheese1 small jar of pizza saucepepperonisItalian seasoning (optional)Tostitos to serve Directions:Press cream cheese into bottom of a shallow dish. Cover with pizza sauce. Layer shredded cheese over sauce and top with pepperoni. Bake at 350 for fifteen minutes. *If using the Italian seasoning, sprinkle on top of the cream cheese before you put the pizza sauce on.
