Homemade Manicotti
Ingredients: Shells:2 eggs1/2 cup of flour1/2 cup of milk Filling:1 egg3 tablespoons of parmesan cheese32 ounces of ricotta cheesesalt and pepper to taste1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese Sauce of choice Directions:Mix together the egg, flour and milk. Granny’s Vegetable Soup

Toffee Dip
Ingredients:1 block of cream cheese, softened1 teaspoon of vanilla extract1 bag of Heath bar tidbits1 cup of powdered sugar Directions:Beat cream cheese until fuffy. Add in vanilla, heath bar and sugar, beat or stir until combined. Serve with Nilla wafers or apple slices.

Taco Soup
Ingredients:1 pound of ground beef1 large can of petite diced tomatoes1 can rotel1 can of corn1 can of kidney beans, drained1 can of black beans, drained1 ranch packet1 cup of water1 packet of taco seasoning Directions:Brown your meat, add all your veggies, water, and seasonings. Bring to a boil and let simmer for 15-20 minutes. Serve with cheese, sour cream, etc.

This recipe is so similar to my classic spaghetti recipe. The only difference is some extra sugar and different tomatoes, but this one has become my current favorite! Truly the best cheesecake I’ve ever made/had! This is made in a 9″ springform pan. I can’t guarantee it will set up the same in a different size pan. Ingredients: 2 cans of crescent rolls1/2 cup of sugar1 teaspoon of vanilla extract1 egg2 blocks of softened cream cheese Topping: 2 tablespoons of cinnamon1/2 cup of sugar Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl. Sprinkle half of the cinnamon sugar mixture in the bottom of a greased 9×13 dish. Place one can of crescent rolls on top of cinnamon/sugar mixture.
