    No Banana Pudding

    I hate bananas, but I love the concept of banana pudding. So this is basically vanilla pudding with cookies! HA! Ingredients:1 package of butter cookies (I prefer Lorna Doone)2 cups of milk1 box french vanilla pudding8 ounces cream cheese, softened1 can sweetened condensed milk1 container of CoolWhip (12 ounces) Directions:Line the bottom of a 9×13 dish with cookies. In a bowl, combine milk and pudding mix and blend well with a hand mixer. In another bowl, combine cream cheese and condensed milk together until smooth.     Boursin Orzo

    Ingredients:1/4 cup butter2 cloves garlic, minced1 cup roasted red peppers, diced1 cup orzo2 cups chicken broth1 block BoursinSalt, to tasteRed pepper flakes to serve Directions:Melt butter in large skillet over medium heat, add garlic and roasted red peppers. Add orzo and chicken broth and bring to a gentle boil. Add Boursin and reduce heat to low and cover for 15 minutes or until most liquid is absorbed. Stir to combine. Add salt. Serve with red pepper flakes.  Add chicken or shrimp for protein!

    Yummy Chicken

    This recipe has been in our family for years and it was a childhood favorite. Ingredients: 6-8 chicken thighs, skin onOlive oilSalt PepperHerbs de ProvencePaprikaSoy sauceGarlic powerOnion powderHalf an onion, sliced thin Instructions:In a 9×13 inch baking dish, arrange sliced onion around the dish. Pat dry your chicken and season on both sides with olive oil and all spices. Flip and do the same. Place chicken, skin side up, on top of the onion. Drizzle chicken with soy sauce. Bake at 385 for one hour or until no longer pink.

    Tuscan Chicken

    I found a recipe similar to this on TikTok, but of course made my own changes. I intended to make this to serve with pasta, but at the last minute decided to serve it over mashed potatoes. It was DELICIOUS! Zach even said it would be good with tortellini pasta. Definitely plan to try that. The sauce is 10/10! Ingredients:Brine:4 cups of water 1/4 cup of salt Seasoning:1 tsp of smoked paprika2 tsp of paprika1 tsp garlic powder1 tsp onion powder2 tsp brown sugar1 tsp chili powder 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts Instructions:Preheat oven to 375 degrees.     Mississippi Chicken

    Yep! Just like the pot roast, but with chicken! Ingredients:2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts1 packet ranch seasoning1 packet Au Jus gravy mix5-8 peperoncini peppers1/3 cup of peperoncini juice1/2 an onionbaby carrots and potatoes1 stick of butter Directions:Place chicken breasts in crockpot and pour peperoncini juice over them. Sprinkle both spice packets over chicken. Place peperoncinis around the chicken. Place your onion and butter on top. Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 5.     Bang Bang Shrimp Tacos

    The easiest, quickest recipe and 10/10 tasty! Ingredients:1 lb frozen, breaded shrimp (I get SeaPak) Sauce:1 cup of mayonnaise1/2 cup sweet thai chili sauce1 teaspoon – 1 tablespoon of Sriracha (depending on how much heat you like)splash of vinegar Coleslaw:1 bag of coleslaw (I use the Angel Hair Coleslaw)1/2 cup of mayonnaise2 tablespoons of sugar1 1/2 tablespoons of lemon juice1 tablespoon of vinegar1/2 teaspoon of black pepper1/4 teaspoon of salt Recipe: Preheat AirFryer to 400 degrees. Air fry shrimp for 8 minutes, shaking half way through. Toss coleslaw ingredients. Mix sauce ingredients and toss with shrimp. Assemble coleslaw, then shrimp and enjoy!
