These are so good and can be served many ways. I like to make them with ground chicken if eating them as a main dish or with a white sauce pasta. I like to use ground beef and stuff them with a piece of mozzarella if serving with a red sauce! Upgraded Shells and Cheese
I know Velveeta Shells and Cheese isn’t healthy, but sometimes it’s a quick easy side. It’s not always tasty right out of the box so I’ve found making a roux and doctoring it up a bit helps greatly!! Green Beans
Ingredients: 28 ounce can of Italian cut green beans1/2 packet Italian dressing mixolive oilsalt and peppergarlic powder Pour beans with the juice into a saucepan. Add half the packet of Italian dressing mix, a drizzle of olive oil, and a little of the garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook over medium high heat until all of the liquid has evaporated! Delish!

I’ve spent years trying to find the perfect corn casserole recipe for me and I finally did! I LOVE this one! No Banana Pudding
I hate bananas, but I love the concept of banana pudding. So this is basically vanilla pudding with cookies! HA! Boursin Orzo
Ingredients:1/4 cup butter2 cloves garlic, minced1 cup roasted red peppers, diced1 cup orzo2 cups chicken broth1 block BoursinSalt, to tasteRed pepper flakes to serve Directions:Melt butter in large skillet over medium heat, add garlic and roasted red peppers. Add orzo and chicken broth and bring to a gentle boil. Add Boursin and reduce heat to low and cover for 15 minutes or until most liquid is absorbed. Stir to combine. Add salt. This recipe has been in our family for years and it was a childhood favorite. Ingredients: 6-8 chicken thighs, skin onOlive oilSalt PepperHerbs de ProvencePaprikaSoy sauceGarlic powerOnion powderHalf an onion, sliced thin Instructions:In a 9×13 inch baking dish, arrange sliced onion around the dish. Pat dry your chicken and season on both sides with olive oil and all spices. Flip and do the same. Place chicken, skin side up, on top of the onion. Drizzle chicken with soy sauce. Tuscan Chicken
I found a recipe similar to this on TikTok, but of course made my own changes. I intended to make this to serve with pasta, but at the last minute decided to serve it over mashed potatoes. It was DELICIOUS! Zach even said it would be good with tortellini pasta. Definitely plan to try that. The sauce is 10/10!
